ACADEMIC CASES
We represent academics in internal tenure appeals, academic freedom matters, and in navigating violations of their college or university’s faculty handbooks. We assist faculty members in the negotiation of the terms of their appointments, including with respect to intellectual property matters.Additionally, we represent students and medical residents who need guidance or advocacy when they are at risk of discipline or dismissal.
We also provide consultations to faculty bodies about revisions to their Faculty Handbooks.
